Well, this is interesting.

Just a couple things that have my eyebrows raising though. If and when this galactic blending takes place, just who is gonna be around to worry about it?

According to the article, billions of years before this happens, the Earth is going to be a waterless spheroid because the sun has gotten itself all worked up and overheated.

Mr T.J. Cox, thankfully, states that "the new findings should be taken with a grain of salt" Yea Mr. Cox, 2 points. However, I need to take back those points because of  this:  "regarded more as an exciting possibility". The annihilation of life on the planet is an "exciting possibility"!! Of course, by the time this gets around to happening, we will likely be living elsewhere as well, but come on, home is home after all.
