LARS is a COINTELPRO stooge.

Even at their evilist the Russians, Chinese and Americans would be intercepted by Lyrans monitoring our planet.

Lyrans could render every nuclear base useless.  The have done so in the past.  They've got a big remote override switch which renders all the electrical system at a Nuke Base like an open circuit.  No flow of electicity to anything.

Any human on Earth knows that radiation poisoning would be a slow and drawn out death !!!
