ADCMAR (Paulina Zelitski and Paul Weinzweig) had big plans about recovering some rock samples and develloped all kind of things but funding was a problem and this is induced by politics.

Why is this site in Cuban terrorial waters?

I wonder what the position is of the (archeo-)geologic world. The site beats any explanation so far, and the crackpots are on the loose of course.
