Title: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Mark of Australia on May 11, 2007, 02:18:21 pm
Hi All,

When I first came to this site I had no idea how to post pics(3 months ago lol)  .I tried and tried but just couldn't figure it out. ::)

Then, Good Samaritan Gwen  :) explained to me how to post the pics and..... I still couldn't do it !!  :o  lol

So eventually she spoon-fed me by preparing an account on a picture-hosting website for me to use.

I feel I should share this 'wisdom' with other hapless creatures who are in a similar predicament to what I was. ;D  :P -Bianca- ;)

Here is a link to that picture-hosting site. http://photobucket.com/

Set up an account,it's free.

1. Then when you see a pic on the net you like ,right-click on it and Save it to a folder on your comp.

2. Login to your account at photobucket and click on one of the 3 'Browse' buttons to search and choose a pic you want to Upload from your computer to the site.

3. With the pic now on the site ,under it you will see 3 'web addresses' -the one you want is the "URL Link". Left-click on the address so that it is highlighted, then right-click - ,on the menu that pops up click 'Copy'.  That address is now magically stored away until you are ready to use it. :P

4. Now on the post that you are writing on AO ,you want a pic in it so you click the 'Insert Image' button that is the one on the bottom row of text altering buttons above the text box ,- second from left.

5. You will see this pop up in the text box "img/img ", but in brackets. The cursor will be flashing in between the two 'img's' in brackets. right-click on the cursor in between the two img's and in the menu that pops up,click "Paste" .

6. All Done. Now Post or Preview your entry to see the pic displayed in all it's glory.

...P.S.  I am aware that was a very long-winded explanation and that there is probably a quicker and more efficient way of posting pics ,but that is just my 'upside-down-back-to-front-left-handed-Irish' way of doing it.  :P  For the complete beginner. And this is a result :

If you've done your research  :P you'll know which one I am . But wait !! have I just crossed the line by putting a personal pic up! Given that most here have good-looking movie star avatars ? ::)

YOU are to one on the top!  Nice - so is the guy in the bottom, just in case I
didn't get it right.  Yes, just about what imagined you to look like.

Mark, that's a lot to digest.  I'm going to have to print it out and

mull it over.  Thank you!

Mark gave a pretty detailed explanation, and that is certainly one way to do it.

If you want to simply post pictures quickly, though, the best way to do it, though, is to just right click on the picture on the webpage that has peaked your interest, get the website address, hit, "select all," then "copy," and past the website address in your post, like so:

Akelius
Could you be a little more specific.  I keep trying to "get the website address" but the in the drop-down box, "select all" is not highlighted.  Can you give it by the key stroke?
Thanks.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Akelius on May 12, 2007, 01:18:22 am
Hey Qoais, I don't use any key strokes. I just right click on the picture I like (with the mouse), a text box pops up, in the middle of the text box, there is the picture's URL (website address), I click on it, hit select all, and copy.

Then, of course, paste it in the message.

How old a computer do you have? Mine is only a couple of years old and I am running Windows XP.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Qoais on May 12, 2007, 01:50:58 am
Nope - no URL in the drop down box.  Computer is a year old and using XP also.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Akelius on May 12, 2007, 04:14:17 am
It won't say, "URL."

Right click on the picture.  You will get a box that pops up and one of the options will be "properties."

That is the selection you want to click on.

Once you are there, the Properties box pops up and the URL address will be in the middle of the box. Click on the URL address, hit "select all," then "copy," then paste it in your post.

It's really very easy, try it on the Einstein picture above and see how it works, takes seconds.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Mark of Australia on May 12, 2007, 10:41:52 am
Hi Akelius,
I have tried your method and it is a much quicker way. The only possible down-side to it is if the website you got the picture from gets shutdown, then the picture will no longer be available so you'll get that nasty little white box with a red cross pop up instead of the pic, from then on .

The pic-hosting site is good if you want it to last. That is, assuming the pic-hosting site doesn't get shut down. :-X

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Akelius on May 12, 2007, 05:19:39 pm
That's very true, Mark, that's why it's important to get your pix from news and education sites as opposed to someone's personal website.  Smaller websites consider it "bandwidth theft," as it's like they suddenly gained more visitors than they can handle.

Bigger websites expect a lot of visitors so they don't take any measures against it (although I have noticed that CNN takes it's pictures down sometimes). It's not theft, anyone can click on the picture themselves and see where the picture came from, thus giving whichever place posted it their proper credit.

The picture hosting site is good, too, especially if you want to post pix you've found from around the web that you've saved to your computer.

Mark gave a good explanation on how to post pictures, but I would suggest that way is best for pictures stored on your personal computer that you would like to post here.

Here is the Wikipedia entry for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthur_Conan_Doyle

You'll notice that there is a picture of Doyle in the top of the page, right of center.

The steps are as follows:

1. Right click on the picture.

2. A menu pops up, and the bottom choice is one that says, "properties."  You'll want to select that.

3. In the Properties Box that pops up afterwards, in the middle of the box is an item that says Address (URL).

4. Right Click on that and another menu box pops up.  Hit "select all."  The URL address should now be higlighted, then hit "okay."

5. Right click yet another time and this time, choose, "copy," once again, hit "okay."

6.  Next, paste the URL address in your post and highlight it.  This is done by dragging your cursor across the URL address.

7. Above the smiley icons are an array of buttons. Click on the second one on the bottom row, which looks like a framed picture, in blue and green.

URL tags (IMG) should now surround the URL address.

8.  Hit, "post," at the bottom of your post.

The picture should now be in your post and look something like this:

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures

The key is to get used to right clicking, most mouses have two buttons, the second one on top is where all the technical proficiency tends to be.

I think anyone who hasn't posted pictures might want to try it, using my above instructions.  It is really very easy and picures make a world of difference to illustrate your points, not to mention don't take up any space here.

Any with any questions, by all means post them here.  I believe that most of us can answer them.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Bianca on May 19, 2007, 04:25:36 pm

Thank you, Erlic;

A couple of points, though:

#6.  PAST or POST the URL?

--- >       Does CURSOR = MOUSE?

--->      Is the whole procedure conducted by RIGHT clicking?

EXCEPT for:

# 8.  "Hit Post - LEFT click, yes?

Thank you, B

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Elric on May 19, 2007, 04:31:36 pm
Bianca,

6. should be "paste," I've corrected it.

Mouse and cursor are the same thing, you're right about that.

I actually think that the whole procedure is done by right clicking.  Care to give it a try with one of the pictures listed above?

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Bianca on May 19, 2007, 05:48:09 pm

Erlic, one more thing:

#5......"Right click yet another time"..........ON PICTURE?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I gave it a whirl and no, not all responded to RIGHT click.  I "winged" it.

In the end I did end up with something:   the square with a RED X - but the picture did NOT
COME UP.  We got to work out a few minor 'bugs'.

I sort of got the idea.  Not too difficult at all, pretty much like copying print.  With variations......

LOVE IT!  It's like getting out of a "cage"......I'm still awed when I copy print, "You can't teach
an OLD dog NEW tricks" is an outright lie, if the dog is willing.......

HUGS,
B

Hi Bianca,

5. Right click yet another time ...on the URL Address, NOT the picture.

Then, of course, you PASTE it in the post.

It's really easy, people are making it sound more complicated than it really is.

Brooke

Brooke

It's # 5   that is pretty confusing : "right click yet another time" On the URL?

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Elric on May 20, 2007, 12:24:44 am
Hi Bianca,

Don't get discouraged, you are almost there.

Yes, right click a second time on the URL address (whcih you wll find in the center of the message box, "Propertes"). The secret is to copy the web address and post it here.

Read through the steps again and give it a try.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures

I'll post the steps on this page, too, for convenience's sake:

I'll try something better looking this time than Mr. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle:

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Qoais on May 20, 2007, 03:32:05 am
Ok - so when the "Properties" box drops down, one has to highlight the address - right? Then "right" click on the highlighted address, then click copy.  Ok, I'm going to try it.

(http://www.etsu.edu/math/gardner/5310/einstein.gif)  I think that worked!

I like your picture better!

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Bianca on May 20, 2007, 02:21:10 pm

Well, I was able to SUCCESSFULLY post THREE pic's, one after the other.

On the fourth, a wonderful, really close up of Houdini - it had blown up to the size
of Akhanaton in that section [I don't know how I did THAT], it didn't work.

I've been trying ever since, no dice.

I'll keep trying til I get it right.

Thank you, Elric!

Congratulations, Bianca, I knew you could do it.

In answer to a couple of other questions you had, some pictures post bigger than others because they are of higher resolution and so, of a greater size (most small pictures are under 100k, while bigger ones are over 100k).

Just to let you, not all picture posting will be successful. Some sites block hotlinking (like the one above), and you get an icon or a red square as opposed to the picture itself.

Then, the best way to get around that (if it's a picture you really want to post) is to download the picture onto your computer and use the method that Mark mentioned in his original post.  That one takes a little more time, though, so I always try this other method first.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Bianca on May 20, 2007, 04:36:56 pm

It's stopped now, and the picture is still there.

When I first saw that picture I thought he was looking straight INTO my
eyes.  It's almost alive.  And I was determined to put it here at AO,
MYSELF, I didn't want anybody else to do it.  So, the last time I tried,
after many failures, I mentally asked him to help.  And, voila', it took.

Maybe the "GOING ON AND OFF' was just to tell me OK, old girl!
We  DID it!
Kind of winking at me.  I always had a feeling that he had a great
sense of humour in life.

Maybe, that's it. -  Well, I am a Spiritualist, after all, myself........

At least he didn't materialize in my apartment.  And to think his poor fans
still hold a seance in Niagara Falls, every year on Hallowe'en and nothing
happens!

Funny, Bianca.  No, you are not losing your mind.  Large pictures simply need more time to load, that's it. So either wait or hot the "refresh" button on the page and it will come up.

If a picture stops loading (and isn't going to), the red 'X' will appear and you'll know that the link has been broken.  I hope you have as much fun with it (posting pictures) as everyone else is having.

Hi Bianca,

Yes, if you are talking about this picture:

It's like I said earlier, some sites simply don't allow "hotlinking" and take measures against it.  It's nothing you did.  Best thing to do in that case is to simply substitute another picture.

If you do a Google search under "images," you'll have your choice of them.

Your other pictures have all come up - that's a job well done.

Elric

Darn, Elric, it WAS a great close-up though, wasn't it?

I got the original from which the close up was taken.  Nor as
good, but I hope it stays!

B

P.S.  In case anyone wants to see the close up we're talking about, go to GOOGLE IMAGES
-Houdini - it's a close up of the face in the photograph above.  Enlarge it, it's beautiful.

Yes, HH was quite a good looking man.  If you read the posts above, it was
a LARGE close-up of the face from this picture that would not stay put.

Such a disappointment, His eyes looked right through you. And, oh yes,
so good looking.....

If you care to find it, google HOUDINI ( not Harry H.)  It's in the first four
pages or so, than when you find it, enlarge it.  You'll see why I was so
upset!

Elric or any of the other Administrator:

I just finished posting in ARCHAEOLOGY a seven-page article on the "Antikythera
Mechanism".

Unfortunately [Pages 3 and 6] printed twice and I made a mistake in not checking.
And [Pages 4 and 5] are inverted.

I could not erase (again) the superflous 3 and 6, even by backspacing.

COULD YOU PLEASE FIX THIS?

Also, and this is important to me, since I just bought  this computer:

I have noticed (in the last couple of days) that I would still keep posting the
same thing, unless I got out of AO and came back.  I mean an ARTICLE "tranfer"
to here.

Let me know whether you think the problem is with my computer, so that I may
call Dell and tell them about it.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Elric on May 23, 2007, 10:18:55 pm
Hi Bianca,

I believe I fixed everything wrong with the Ankythera Mechanism topic - I deleted the doubles and put pages five and four in order.

You'll get the hang of it.  That is an interesting topic, by the way, and I am glad you brought it here.

There's nothing wrong with your computer, at least when it comes to copying and pasting. If you find yourself pasting the same thing twice, simply right click your mouse and hit, "undo."

Then, go into the material you would like to print, right click, hit "select all," then "copy" and "paste" again. Sometimes, the computer doesn't do it on the first try and you have to do it twice, that has happened to everyone.

You can also change the size of your text, change it's color, make it bold, italicized, or underlined. Let me know if you are interested in learning any of that later.  Playing around with the text gives the forum more of that magazine type of appearance, which makes it nice to read.

Thanks, Elric.  You're a Prince!

I really want to learn all that you have suggested, as soon as I feel I
REALLY know what I'm doing.  Two BIG things in one week is a lot for
someone who is not too good at this!

By the way, I am the most proud (so far) of the ALEXANDRIA LIBRARY
thread.  Did you see it?  That last picture was an especially lucky find:
THE FROSTING ON THE CAKE!

And, oh yea, I still want to learn how to get THAT picture of Houdini where
it belongs.

Thank again and hugs,
B

No problem, Bianca, I am glad I could help.  And no rush on learning how to do the other things, whenever you are ready, let me know. There are a lot of functions the board has that I haven't even tried yet.

Alexandria is/was a fascinating place.  Too bad we can never have seen it in it's glory - at the very least, we would know what the library looked like.

Yes, well, the problem with that was that the URL address wasn't between the (IMG) (/IMG) brackets. Remember, the coding has to be just right, or else the pictures won't come up.  You'll get the hang of it,. I'm glad that I could help.

Hi Bianca,

Nice job learning how to post pictures!

Unfortunately, we can't use the same method to post pictures from PDFs, or even the text used in them either.  The only way to do anything from a PDF is to convert them into Word documents, which requires the purchase of another program.  Even then, the pictures have to be saved as JPEGs and then posted at a web hosting site, which is much more involved.

Best to just stick with pictures from websites.

Julia, I fixed your post for you.

Remember you have to have the (IMG) (/IMG) tags around the web address for the picture.

This is accomplished simply by pasting the web address on the post, highlighting it, and hitting the green and blue "picture" icon.  It's quick and easy once you get the hang of it.

Hi Bianca,

The easiest, quickest way to get rid of a post you don't want is to:

1. Right click on the text.

2. When the dialogue box comes up, hit, "select all."

3. Then hit, "cut."

4.  Hit "post," or "save" afterwards.

You'll get the hang of it.

Very easy, Bianca.  All you have to do is right click, hit "select all," then right click again, hit "cut," then "save."

I think the reason why some of this wasn't working for you is because you weren't right-clicking. Get used to that, all the really interesting menus come up with the right button on the mouse.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures

Elric,

That's what I have been doing all along.  For some reason, on the second click,
the box DOES come up, but CUT is very pale and NOT highlighted and, of course,
won't take the 'click'.

B

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Elric on May 29, 2007, 10:24:12 pm
Hi Bianca, that's because on your second click (after "select all"), you are clicking off the text you just highlighted.

Remember, each time you right click, it has to be on the text, not off it.

Now, try it again, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it.

Elric:

My fault!  I have been HIGHLIGHTING THE ADDRESS before proceeding, that's why
the second click wouldn't bring up the CUT sign.

I've been 'doing' too many pictures and articles, I guess......I seem to automatically
go for the address.

Thanks and hugs,

I often find pictures that I like, but can't use immediately.  Then, when I need them, I can't
can't find them, no matter how hard I try.  Mostly because I can't remember how I came
across them.

So I thought I would open a new thread in the Miscellaneous Section, where we can 'dump'
pics for future use.  Sort of a "picture garage".

If it is OK with the administrators, that is.

By all means, feel free to do so, Bianca, it sounds like it will be an interesting resource for us to draw on.

And, you are welcome, I knew you would get the hang of it.  It takes a lot of pratice, but you have come a very long way in a very short time.

Hi, Elric:

I have TWO problems:

l.  ERASING POST - everything goes well until I hit SAVE.   It replies: "Body of text empty"
or something like that and it won't close unless I at least print a dot.
(I can't believe I am having such trouble with something so "simple"!)

2.  PICTURES:  I have problems with a TWO line URL.  Not often, but sometimes the URL
takes up two lines and I never can accomplish the transfer, so I turn to  another
     item (maybe not as good).

     Thanks,
      Hugs, B

Elric

Please delete my post in ARCHEOLOGY - Lake Okeechobee.

There already was a thread about it in American Indian section.

Thank you,
B

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Elric on June 05, 2007, 10:22:08 pm
Bianca,

I removed your double post on Lake Okeechobee in Archaeogy.

Copying the long URL addresses is fairly simple.  All you have do is right click on the address, hit "select all," right click again and hit "copy," then paste within the post. As I said earlier, all you have to do then is drag your cursor across the URL address, hit the "image" button and you're fine.

As for the Erasing post problem, that is something I'm afraid I can't do anything about right now.  When the forum first started, we had the option of deleting posts, but then we had some forum members who would delete their posts, and, if they were the ones that also started the topic, they would also end up deleting all the posts of everyone who posted in their threads, too. That was a big problem in the past at the other forum.

My suggestion would be to either change the body of the text to something you like or tell us which ones you want to deleted and we'll try and take care of that for you. Once again, fine work.

Elric

Thanks, Elric:

I don't think I made myself clear:

I can handle LONG urls, what I have difficulty with is DOUBLE-LINE urls.  When the urls go over
one line into the next (below).  I can't span BOTH at the same time and it just doesn't work for
me.  Is there a trick to doing this?

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Elric on June 07, 2007, 12:34:45 am
Hi Bianca,

You made yourself perfectly clear the first time. Long URLs and double line URLs are both handled in the same way:   right click on the address, hit "select all," right click again and hit "copy," then paste within the post.

It's important to get into the habit of "right-clicking," but you also have to make certain that each time you're doing that, it's atop the URL address, not any other part of the text. Right-clicking in any other part of the reply form will undo what you've done.

With practice, you'll get the hang of it.  You've actually caught onto most of this pretty quickly.

Elric:

Thank you, but I think we're not on the same "page".

I'm talking about step #6: "......dragging your cursor across the URL address"

I find it impossible to do that successfully on a TWO row address.

Hugs,
b

Hi Bianca,

If you don't mind my intruding, I think you should forget the part that suggests you drag your cursor or mouse over the URL address.

The best way is to right click on the URL address, hit "select all," then "copy."

You get the whole address at once and there aren't any of the problems associated with the other method.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Bianca on June 07, 2007, 12:04:49 pm

Hi, Europa:

I can't wait to try that.  Dragging the cursor over the URL is a royal pain!  So finicky

and hard to do on a two-row URL.  The least hesitation on the "drag" botches the

whole thing.

Thank you and hugs,

During one of my searches today I ran into an interesting article about the Piri Reis Map.

Not being sure where to put it, I stuck it under MIDDLE EAST:PAST & PRESENT (given the

Hugs,

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Elric on June 10, 2007, 08:30:14 pm
Hi Bianca,

Adding an avatar is fairly easy.

First, go into "Profile", then "Profile Information" (under "modify"), and then either pick an avatar from our avatar gallery.

Or add the website address of a picture you like into the section, "I have my own pic."  This is done in the same way as when you post pictures on the website.

Pictures you have on your own computer that you might want to show here, or use as an avatar are done in a more complicated way (involving using a web hosting site), but I won't get into that unless you're interested.

Let us know if you have any problems.

The last two pictures I tried to post were way too large.  Now, both could have been scaled DOWN.

How do I do that?

Thank you,
b

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Europa on June 12, 2007, 10:53:40 am
Hi Bianca,

I don't think we can scale down pictures here.  The best solution to that is to check the size of pictures before posting them.  Generally, I try to find pictures of 100k or less.  Anything bigger than that, and it blows up big on the screen, and you have to scroll back and forth just to see the entire canvas.

Posting pictures from the Internet (from Elric):

Posting Pictures from your computer (from Mark):

Since we are on this again, please tell how to post pics where there is no icon.

What do you do after you drag the cursor across the URL?

That's all I know how to do, but I'd like to post some pictures in my e-mails.

Hi Bianca!

You have to get the link from Youtube. Post the webaddress for the Youtube video in the message box, put a brief description and voila! You get a direct link to the video in Youtube.

Lots of examples in our new Video section near the top of the page.

Hi Bianca!

Te easiest way is to go to:

youtube.com

Do a search of what video you are looking for

(they are all there),

then paste the web address for the video in the post. You might have to add some words so the computer accepts it.  It's really very easy.

All the best,

Hi Bianca!

Qoais is right, there were a couple of forums that you could post pictures at AR in - Atlantis in the Bible, Evidence, Earth Changes and a couple of their "poll" forums.  But the mods asked people to stop posting pictures there (apparently because the pages take longer to load), so you won't find too many. It's a pity, I think that the pix add a lot to a forum!

To post a youtube video copy the URL for it first.
Once thats done simply put a smiley or text in the reply box here in the forum and paste the URL a tab or 2 away from the text...

It should come up..

Just don't use the html because the video in mention will not display correctly here.

Howdy, Andrew,

You're almost there.  You are only doing ONE thing wrong.

Instead of putting both IMG brackets at the end of the web address, you put the first set before, and the second one last, like so:

IMG web address for picture /IMG

And, of course, you use the brackets like you wre doing.

Hope that helps!

Brooke

1 through 5 seems to be fine. I read somewhere on this topic yesterday when I was here and someone said, talking to another poster a couple of years ago, not to click on the picture again. When I tried that technique I don't see a ''copy'' sign anywhere. So I decided to click on the picture (again) just to see and sure enough it said ''copy''. But... after clicking on 'copy' that screen heads off to digital heaven; there is no ''ok'' button. Maybe Vista Premium is at work here?

Then starting at number 6, the instructions (1-8) tell me to paste the url in my post. Well it seems to me I can't paste the url in the post until I bring up the picture again to get the url, then highlight it, then do the contol ''c/v'' stuff. I think that's where it breaks down for me.

Now I'm sure I'm overlooking something at this specific point because last night after somehow getting the url in the post, once I clicked on it it showed the picture as a linked standalone presence. But that was progresss compared to now; all we see is the ''x''.

Brooke, last night, after I clicked on the second square from the left, just above the smilies that's when the IMGs were both inserted on the right end.

Thanks again for your patience and help and the administrator too. Sarah, thanks again for the directions to the link.

Title: Re: How to Post Pictures
Post by: Andrew Waters on November 19, 2010, 12:58:58 am
Here's what worked for me.

 I followed steps 1-4 successfully

At step number 5 I right-clicked on the picture again as instructed (this makes twice thus far). When the screen appeared I pressed the ''copy'' button. This screen immediately disappeared after pressing the copy key; there is no ''ok'' key to be found,  at least with my system and Vista Premium.

I can't successfully complete the operation until: I right-click the picture again; this makes the 3rd time. At this point step 1 screen appears again. I then highlight the url (address) and press ''ctrl c''. I did not press ''ok'' at all. I don't know if that would make a difference at this point or not but since I had success in posting 2 pictures I felt safe in ignoring ''ok'' after calling this screen again from step 1.

So between steps 5 and 6 is where my problem occurred.

It did add a few more seconds to the operation but it worked for me.

Good work, Andrew!  It is kind of tricky at first, depending on which browser you use, you have to hang in there.  If you read some of the earlier posts in this thread, you can see that lots of people had just as hard time getting the hang of it.  I'm glad that I could bring you some luck!

Hello Brooke.

I did read some of the comments but got lost in the two days I was trying to find my answer. After Sarah had given me the link to posting pictures I placed it in ''notepad'' but even there it wasn't safe from my mismanaging fingers on this keyboard; I deleted it somewhere down the line. So I scoured this and that, typed in a search for posting pictures, came up with something but not enough to get me back here. Then I noticed Posting Pictures is at the top of the home page. Yes it's a conspiracy I think. ;)

Cheers

Happy picture posting!

Hi Brooke.
I suppose after owning my first (and now, second) computer I should have arrived at the point where all this stuff would be second nature. But I didn't have an interest in posting pictures or any of the other things most people do after years of being on a pc; except running my mouth of course. lol. Even now it's more of a knowledge thing rather than a ''need to know'' (posting pictures) But I'm sure I will find it useful in the near future.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving Brooke; and everyone else too.
