Hi Stacy. No one’s posted here in a while, it seems, but I find this subject interesting and I just noticed it. There are so many wonderful threads here at Atlantis Online, I don’t have enough time to participate in all of them!
A while back, (years ago in fact), the Weekly World News was running articles on “The Face on Mars.” They ran articles about scientists finding similar “faces” on the dark side of the Moon, Venus, Jupiter's moon Europa, and appropriately under 200 feet of ice in Antarctica.
I’m well aware that the ”Weekly World News” is not the most reputable reporting source. However when it comes to anything remotely of “alien” origin I pay some attention because of something I had read in “The Day After Roswell” by Lt. Col. Corso. In his book, after detailing exact dates as to when he released alien technology recovered from the Roswell site, he asserts that the cover up worked so well that the “super secret agency” created to deal with the Roswell incident, was forced to periodically release information to the rag sheets because they were the only ones who would even print it! I know this smacks of X-Files stuff, but he wrote his book well before the X-Files made this “super secret agency” theories seem preposterous.
So getting back to the point, have you ever heard anything about this “Face On Mars” kind of structure, under the ice in Antarctica? I’ve heard all about the lake. I’m quite familiar with the Peri Reis maps. I’m not a believer in the Ice Age theory. And I’m of the opinion that a pole shift occurred that placed a tropical continent at the South Pole for an instant deep freeze. Personally I think there’s way too much digging going on there for it to be just about some microbes, LOL.
